Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?

It seems that way at times.

Im sick and tired of being sick and tired of being sick and tired when sick and tired .

I'm actually getting a bit fed up with feeling sick and tired about being sick and tired ......now I feel I'm only unwell and a tiny bit sleepy...... :(D 

I am only sick of being tired.. I do too much, work too hard, study too hard - give everything 100% and find there's no energy and time left for me..  I have a coupla health issues that are taking a while to sort out but so far nothing too major and if anything feel a little healthier since I got a dog and have to walk it. 

I imagine that the two things could be related though....being sick and tired can exacerbate being sick and tired

I'm not sick only sickly tired.  I've tried in sick ways to not be tired, but with tried and tired being so close together in spelling, I've become sick of trying not to sickly misspell tired.  So, logistically speaking, I've tried, tired and sick and am now sick and tired of trying.
