Donald Trump said "I always wanted a purple heart". A person who actually EARNED one said "no one ever wants a Purple Heart". The Donald rolls on and on with his mouth in control. Shameful ain't it?

 My father was wounded several times during WW2. He refused the Purple Heart because he said everyone in his outfit was wounded." You go into battle, you get wounded or you're not doing your job, "  as he put it.  Anyway, I was almost never born due to one of those wounds! 

((hugs)) It is that. And here' the mindbogglingest thing Baba. Some folks support what the vet did! I cannot believe it. Trump who ridiculed and insulted John McCain, a TRUE WAR HERO was the recipient of this guy's earned purple heart! So much for vets sticking together. So much for being brothers/comrades. What a load of crap that is. And totally sad.  Thank you for your reply! :)
