Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» As hard as life may be what demons possess some by their behavior to make it that much harder for others and themselves?
A brain defect? Their psychopathy? But how do we know the precious 'we' is on the right track and is not in fact the reprobate of the story. Perhaps the intrinsically deceitful, manipulative, crazy psychopaths of recent years: the Pol Pots, the Hillary Clintons, the Abu Bakr al-Baghdadis, the Joseph Stalins, are on the right track after all. Without such supposedly errant, odious strains of humanity arising throughout history, perhaps our species would have become extinct millennia ago - or perhaps there were simply never enough of them to effect a change and, without our knowing, because of that lack, we have evolved into something far darker and more destructive than the wonderful, loving, accepting, gentle, conciliatory, worthy beings we myopically conceive ourselves to be.
