No. Idiots with weapons scare me.
But general people with a gun don't scare me.

Kinda.  Look, I'm a brown computer nerd with a funny accent, I'm not a big redneck with a shotgun.  I don't feel like a gun fits my image or that I'd normally use one.  But at one of my jobs my work buddies took me to the firing range and showed me some guns and how they work and how to use them.  It was ok, the guns are not what they are on TV.  People shoot just for fun and not because they are practicing to kill people and it is fun and harmless.  I actually think it is ok for people to have guns.  People are crazy for guns here though. I know they want to stand up to the govt, and my family is from a place where the people were disarmed and then slaughtered, but that was a different time.  The military isn't going to slaughter crowds of unarmed people in the streets here.

    Not in the least.

Armed people with bad intentions scare me, irrespective of the particular weapon, or weapons that they may be carrying.

They bother me.  I don't think they should be legal most of them.  The other ones need to be registered and accounted for and they need to come with a stipulation like a driver's license.  You need to be tested and take classes before you get one.
