Very good and very easy to prepare. Just cut apples up into small pieces and drop them into whole wheat pastry batter with a little salt and fry in hot sesame oil or safflower oil.
Ick! I've never tried one, they just don't look very appetizing to me. I'm not a fan of apples and I hate cinnamon. Is there a cinnamonless peach version?
They are good if they are made right. I have had the good and also the really bad. When they are good they are light and crispy, when they are bad they are greasy rocks.
