    Of course it's vague.  You didn't specify what kind of drugs my company produces, but whatever they are, I would not make them so expensive that the elderly cannot afford them if they take it for chronic illness.

    Nothing.  The products are not the problem.  The politics are the problem.  That is what I would change.  Big Pharma needs to take a look at what it is doing with its money.
