Do you think I could start a National Cell Phone Association (NCPA) and sell annual memberships for $10.00

Everybody that owns a cell phone should become a member; you get a nice fancy membership card and a monthly newsletter and all the privileges of being a member of NCPA.

And I make lotsa money.

    I would have to take time to figure out all the details and take everything into consideration.  It's just an idea I thought of about an hour ago.
    If gun on owners can belong to an association -why not cell phone owners..
