The brain is never fully used. It can exceed the DNA by simply being more complex. In other words ---------- the brain can figure out the function of the DNA.

Get outta here m'dear! SAY WHAT? I totally don't grasp what you are telling me bh. Since everything about us is in our DNA whether we use 100% or 10% of our brain matters not. How can it?  Now I know you're not just whistling Dixie here but are you by any chance pulling my leg? If not. If you're really serious, can you figure out a way to explain it to me so that I can understand? Here's what I'm thinking and it's probably a very lousy analogy. I'm building a vokswagon. All the parts I have are for a Volkswagon. Once built it becomes a Lamborghini. Now how in the he** can that be? See my problem?. The DNA are the building  blocks of our abilities and  imitations. How do we exceed either one? OK. I'm listening! Thank you for your reply bh and Happy Saturday! :)

A brain is certainly a product of our DNA, but it is a product that is superior to a single DNA cell thingy. I'm just saying that we are smarter than a DNA since we sort of have DNA figured out.
