No, no, no,silly... don't you know that those who make laws are always above them? Even thousands of years ago when kings made rules, they and their families were nearly always exempt from obeying them (royalty hath its privileges). Even those who enforce those laws are (somewhat) exempt as well. Have you ever seen an emergency vehicle run its siren at a crowded red light just so they could go through without having to stop (non-emergency)? How many law enforcement people use their turn signals when driving (non-emergency)? And yet they'll still ticket you if you don't. The news is filled with high-ranking people who think the rules they make or enforce don't apply to them. But you only hear about the ones who got caught. And what percentage of those who're caught actually serve out their full "punishment" for breaking said rules? How about compared to you had YOU had broken the same rule?
Society NEEDS rules. But those rules are only good if they apply to EVERYONE.
ARRGGHH! SIGH. What's the point Shuhak? The game is fixed. The deck is stacked. We the people just don't have chance in he** to break even do we let alone win? I'm gonna ask! Thank you for your thoughtful reply and Happy Wednesday! :(
