Is there a secrete reason to why Kusher might be losing his top secret security clearence?

Seems odd to me that afer  a year Jared Kusher might be stripped of his top secret security clearence.  I'm wondering if  Muelier  had  secret communications with Kelly  and  informed him that Kuser  is a high security risk and  the FBI had proof to back it up.  Cheers!

    It is not much of a secret any longer.  The inbred creep has real estate dealings globally.   Those allowed to give him security clearance, namely the Chief of Staff, Kelly, at present, will not grant it because he is at risk of being blackmailed by the big countries like China, etc.   They are conspiring to use him as a vulnerable weak spot because he knows NOTHING about foreign affairs, who to talk to, who to deal with, etc.  NOTHING.

    Russia, etc.

    Israel and the middle east.  Etc.

    Becaus they will not grant a permanent top secret clearance. He has been working under an interim top secret clearance. They are worried about others blackmailing him using financial vuneralablities. 
    Kelly downgraded Kushner to an interim secret clearance.
