Unfortunately for them, there is little to no chance of the American Indians ever being in a position to implement such a plan to get back their own lands. But either there, or in the African case, are we not likely to see fairness and logic in the change. The outcome almost certainly, as in Zimbabwe, will be to the benefit of those in high places, and their friends, to the detriment of those at the lower end of the economic ladder who formerly benefited from competent, stable, local agricultural industry. Zimbabwe's agricultural industry was ruined, so that from being an economically stable net exporter of foodstuffs, it went to being an economically unstable net importer.
