    Smoke.....people die from taking just one breath of smoke filled air that's  870 degrees centigrade burns your lungs and you're dead nearly instantly.....noone hardly ever burns to death...

    Yikes! What a horrible way to go! Burning to death is horrible too but burning your lungs doesn't sound very pleasant at all.

    You die almost instantly I believe......plastic and certain furniture coverings produce heat of upto 1800 centigrade if I remember correctly.....you're actually dead before the flames get near you...

    Heat intensity. 

    It will kill you in an instant if you are not properly outfitted and even then it is really very dangerous.   This sh*t's hot, man.
