Is it discrimination allowing some states to legally grow marijuana while it's a felony in others?

Would that be grounds for a lawsuit against the federal government if I grow and catch a charge?  Even if I insisted the charge be enhanced to a fed charge?  I don't presume it would be a pleasant or brief experience, but am just wondering.  I mean, I thought we were all about equality.

    It is even MORE ludicrous than that.
    I live in a state where federally I am breaking the law. But I can go buy the stuff in a store that used to be a Bank of America. 

    I can go in, buy as much as I want (I'm sure there is a limit, but no one checks this) and walk out past the police department and never worry that I am going to get arrested.

    HOWEVER?  This doesn't mean that I will not be arrested if some big wig wants to charge me with something.  I cannot believe this.  But I can be charged in a Federal Court down here but not in a State Court or a Civil Court for this transgression that the state is making zillions off of.

  • It's this state that's a total deck toward it.  I'm going to cast my useless vote in the mid-terms for a Green candidate.  I know it's futile, judging by our primary results.  I must be dumb hoping for change.  It's no-win either way.
