    Where I am right now...........South Florida.  It is always hot and you see sand and palm trees 365.  The only changes are that rain increases in the Summer months and tourists and snowbirds increase in the Winter.

    I recall that the North San Diego County area of California (specifically the city of Oceanside) is regarded as having the most stable climate in the United States, both in terms of day/night temperature variation and season-to-season variation.

    I read it was extreme Northern California's coastal area........something about a jet stream.  I don't pretend to know what that is exactly.

    @TM -- It's possible we're both correct under different criteria.

    Redwood City, CA claims "Our Climate is best by government test" based upon a pre-WWI climate survey.
