What would it take for donjohn voters to regret their choice? Or is that not a possibility no matter what truth is revealed about the guy?

Not a matter of personality. Many of us , especially who supported other candidates, knew he was not the greatest person around. But was the only candidate pledged to support the causes we hold so dear and we see as being the foundation of this country who was able to garner enough widespread support to possible win.  This at a time when Democrats were demonizing hard work and success and sacrifice and making war on banking and business, when Clinton repudiated Christianity, when many were talking of rewriting the Constitution, when Democratic contributors were doing there best to drive people apart and create  artificial divisions, when being a "victim" seemed to many people preferable and more honorable than really making something of their lives.  Things like that.  Those are a few. 

When we start seeing some something other than the biased, tainted, concocted, bought and paid for, make it up as you go along, voodoo and snake oil we're getting from the left and their cronies in the media and in entertainment, then we'll examine it. Till then, we'll reserve judgement. We'd even do that much for the Clinton crime family.

It's really weird that an entire demographic would love someone blatantly trying to screw them over, but hate someone to the bone who is actually looking out for your best interests.
