The AnswerMug Challenge Series, Expand the Membership Edition:

If you have a friend or family member who lives in a country other than the one where you live, would you please invite him or her to join AnswerMug, even on a trial basis?
 I ask this in an attempt to broaden the membership pool here. Thank you.

    That doesn't work. 

    It just happens; and when it does, then it gets over-crowded. Then the people who come here ***** about how their last site was terrible and this one is great.  Then they ***** that this one is not so great.  Then they bargain and plead to change things about AnswerMug  that they don't like.  Then they blog about how unfair something is, and then they leave.

    So, why bother.  You are either in it or not.

    I could care less who or why.

    Either is acceptable.

    In this case, I would argue for the right of the person who answers to emphasize his response in the way she deems preferable.

      It's not correct that either is acceptable, because they don't mean the same thing.  Within the context of what she's expressing, one makes sense, the other does not.

    I know what you mean though.   Social Network Sites are for people who come and go.  The trouble is people go and do not realize they are going to come back and make a big deal about leaving.  It is so silly.  JUST GO already and come back later or don't.

    I didn't say I saw the trolls.  Of course, I'm not looking for them either.
    My friend in the UK tried this place just after EP closed down, but he had to leave due to trolls. 
    My friend in Poland is very skeptical about any social media site due to perverts and trolls (I have a hard time getting her to even use Facebook anymore).

    People are fickle.

    Old post, I know.  I asked her to join when you first posted this and she said Answermug doesn't work on her computer.

    She's here with me now visiting and guess what?  We tried your challenge again!

    lol, this site still doesn't work on her computer.  She gave up and went to bed early!



    Thanks a lot, Randy!  Your challenge ruined her vacation!
