Is this not exquisite?

"Exquisite"  by Shriekback

 - from their "Big Night Music" album of 1987
 - one of my Top Three Best Albums I've Heard
 - this is just another excuse to post another song from the album, which I've done over the past year or so

It's kind of freaking me out a little.  I've never heard this song before..there is something about it that makes me miss him so much. Very weird.  Not familiar with the group at all.

Like I said in my question description, this "Exquisite" song comes from one of the very best albums I've ever heard. The styles of songs on the album are quite different from each other, yet, somehow, they all fit together wondrously to me. And Shriekback is a favorite group of mine.

Not to make you feel any more freaked out but here are two more songs off the same album --  both in styles quite different than this "Exquisite" song here. I'll try to post both in this reply.

"Black Light Trap" -- the first song on the album

and "Cradle Song" - - a very gentle quiet song that ends the album.

    Definitely!!
And the whole album itself jumps all over the place style-wise but the album's song order works wonderfully to me.
    :)
I'm listening to the album right now.
    :)

    It's nice.  I am listening.

It's good driving in traffic music.  Soothing and pretty.
