I was also bald and was surprised at how cold being bald is. Even during the summer I wore a cap. Hair keeps you warm. Who knew?

I don't view my life or live my life in terms of good years and bad years. Good days and bad days. I live my life a day at a time. I take what I get, deal with it, and move on, ready to face whatever tomorrow may bring. It's not always easy to do but it can be done. I guess it boils down to what a person want's in their life.

You don't? There were no "great years" with great people who are no longer in your life for whatever reason? You don't ever remember a particular day, a particular person, a particular occurrence? We are very different then. I take joy in what is, what I expect will be and what was. The fabric of my life is all of those things. Not just the now. I don't float along where the current takes me nor do I tumble about as the breeze dictates. I am present every moment..as I was in the past and as I shall be in the future. God willing. Different strokes ru. The life you describe would be colorless to me. Every day a gray day. It works for you. It would never work for me. Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday! :)
