LOL.. "that woman" is none other than Jayne Mansfield, his wife at the time :)
Glad you like Hargitay.  Unfortunately, he hasn't done much in the way of acting.  You can find two of his movies—Lady Frankenstein and The Bloody Pit of Horror—on Youtube.

After you mentioned Mansfield (whom I didn't recognize by sight - - never looked that closely at her, I guess), Hargitay 'clicked' in my mind. I remember she was married to a handsome guy.
