No secret ingredients ... but good luck getting the mix right, since I don't measure and just go by color.  LOL

hahaha great timing for this question.  Set out today to make salmon patties, something I have made for years and years.  I sure did something wrong and ended up with a big mess of fresh parsley onions, 1 can of salmon and chopped celery.  So I added some crumbled unsalted crackers, Old Bay Seasoning, a couple of eggs and still had nothing I could do anything with.  Undaunted I added 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, mixed it up and fried it up in a skillet. (2 batches)  (had too much of something for sure).  Really did't taste too good soooo I made a couple cups of rice and mixed it all together.  Now I have a whole big heap of Salmon Surprise.  Will wait until tomorrow and perhaps I'll  think of something else I can add that will make it taste absolutely wonderful. Any suggestions appreciated.

Now you have all my "secret" ingredients.  hahaha

No.  You want my food, I tell you what you are eating.  I don't have secrets and I don't play games.  Someone may need to know because they have allergies or worse.

When it says "Add one can of water" I don't add the water.

Yes, in some dishes I use ingredients I don't share.  I finally shared with friends and family what was different about my iced tea; I always get compliments about it.  The difference is that I buy the cheap cheap tagless black tea bags that come in a plastic bag and sweeten it with Sweet N Low while it is still warm and before I add water.  Five tea bags and six Sweet n Lows make 1/2 gallon of great iced tea.  Truth.
