Side effects of medicines and/or drugs are usually bad/negative, but have you ever experienced positive side effects from them? ~

My doctor said that all medicines are poisons that have some beneficial side effects, so yes, I have had beneficial side effects from taking meds.

ive take  adderal Xr for a long time and along with doing what it was intended for it also made me lose a lot of weight. which probably wasnt that good for me but I thought it was at the time 

I will sometimes take the antihistamine diphenhydramine (Benadryl) for itchy skin. One side effect is drowsiness, so I only take it in the evening to help me sleep through my shoulder pain.

I was going to say what Element said. Sometimes the drowsiness caused by Benadryl is a good thing.
