Do you give free blood donations on a regular basis? What motivates you to, or not to?

Nope I did it once this year because the hospital demanded it since they would perform surgery on my mom, otherwise I would not do it. 

I give about twice a year.

I used to give regularly.  I think I gave up to a couple of gallons.  Not so much lately, though.

I would love to.. but I cant..because of medication I'm on.

I've been a blood donor for about 15 years, maybe more. I'm a member of the local blood bank, and regular donations are every 58 days. The only times I haven't been able to donate regularly have been after I've traveled to certain parts of the world where exposure to foods, water, insects, etc make it necessary to ban donating for up to a year afterward.
