    Vancouver because people don't know how to drive when it snows; eg they clear about one square inch of their windshield and think that's good enough for driving. On the prairies they are mostly all rednecks and in the east their delusion is that they just think they are intelligent and cultured.

  • It's definitely not based on appearances or the way they conduct themselves, that's for sure. I've incorrectly assumed based on poor outward social skills that a person must be lacking intelligence, but once I heard them speak, I knew I was dead wrong.
