Can you really like/admire a person who has you by the short hairs and forces you to comply with his every wish? How can he like YOU when you are powerless to act and he is in charge, in control and calls all the shots? It would be odd either way. Friendship between the perp and the pigeon. The hunter and the prey? The very hungry lion and the very fat lamb? I don't think so! :(
