We could use a Morgan Freeman prez. He played GOD for goodness sakes! Not even the illustrious and onerous doofygoofylucy can't top that! He THINKS he is God. His peeps treat him as if he is. He can do no wrong in their eyes as is true of God. But wouldn't it better to get the real deal and not the TV facsimile who spends his life watching Sean Hannity, tweeting insults 24/7 and playing golf? Seriously folks Morgan Freeman has GRAVITAS. The doofygoofylucy drips mustard from his messy mouth as he consumes McDonald's cheeseburgers in bed at 6:30 pm watching cable news. Shish!  :(

SOme very good points there. I adored Freeman as God, I always felt that if there is a god then that's how I want him to be.

Me too although George Burns played God in a movie with John Denver decades ago and was quite charming. And there was a TV series years ago titled "Joan of Arcadia" and it was about GOD showing up in every episode as someone else! An old person, a child, a trash hauler, a gardener. Male/female. Adult/child. It was a very good show. Joan was played by actress Amber Tamblyn (daughter of Russ Tamblyn, an actor dancer who was featured in "7 brides for 7 brothers"). Her father was played by Joe Montegna and her mom was played by Mary Steenburgeon(sp?) wife of actor Ted Danson. It was an uplifting show and emphasized how important it is to treat EVERYONE with kindness and respect because you never know..it could be  GOD to whom you give a kind word, extend a helping hand. Thank you for your reply Addb!  :)
