    Define "real war". Congress hasn't declared war since 1942. Since then, the US has had boots on the ground in Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq (twice), Afghanistan ...

     For me a REAL war is when we send our folks to another country and many of them return home in flag-draped coffins. The specific definition is of no meaning to me. Words are not important in this case. Life and death is what matters. How many of ours die and how many of theirs die? War. You didn't answer my question. Would that delay/suspend what Mueller is doing? Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday.
