Not sure if this is a joke but both of those would not be naturally conducive to living a long or healthy life.  For that you want whole grains and vegetables, leafy greens, seaweeds, a little beans and animal or sea food, and some fermented foods.

Does that make beer a food?

Nope. I drink my coffee black with no sugar (and copious amounts of it). Your sugar addiction has nothing to do with your caffeine addiction.

I do that, too. I also have three numb fingers on my left hand and often stutter letters.

No.  Coffee is good for you in many ways.  Sugar is not.  However, your brain has a happy place that is stimulated when you eat sugar so your brain will always beg for more.
