If unsure perhaps less brutal?

I am afraid that is a distinction without a definition. Brutally honest people usually believe they are telling the truth, whether they are or not are up to the people they talk to (who also have their own beliefs about themselves)

    Who judges the truth?

    Who judges the judge?

    Who does the requiring?

What is the penalty for failure to comply?

    Practicable but difficult to implement.

Truth is the conformity of the mind to that which exists.

I would hope that to be the prime motivation for those who purport to do so.
