The left are unable to cope with the fact that Macron respects Trump. The leftist argument can always be summarised as "All the cool kids hate Trump, so you should too". Whenever this is shown to be false, the leftist squirms. What to do?
You can try to claim Marcon dissed him and hope people are only half paying attention. You could throw Macron under the bus and say he's not one the cool kids anymore. You can claim that Trump must hate women or he'd have a similar relationship with Merkel. Whatever you do, thinking people will see right through you.
You probably noticed as I did, that when Macron told Congress that The creation of jobs had to take a backseat to the world wide economy, the Democrats were turning cartwheels in the aisles. There's just no place in these people's imagination for any president that wants to look after his own country.
Maybe because he was busy getting his wife a birthday card. Or maybe it's because he was hoping that the German President would help him bad mouth the French President and his policy's. But she didn't so I bet any day now Trump will start tweeting and talking trash about the French and German Presidents. I have a 25 cent bet with a buddy that Trump will do a sarcastic impression of the French presidents accent. When I heard that he was going to start weekly telephone interviews with Fox and Friends I knew I was going to win the bet because he won't be able to resist doing it. Cheers!
Weekly? I thought it was gonna be monthly. But the guy suffers from diarrhea of the mouth so I expect it will be far more often than that. Of course it is wonderful what he does. He sabotages himself, his lawyers, his sycophantic toady worshippers with every word he utters. Let him keep it up only rev it up and do it 24/7.
