Tell all? Well, if the information was personal and had nothing to do with how the leader governed the people, no, I wouldn't tell all. Public figure or not, what goes on behind closed doors in one's personal life should stay personal. Of course, if I was a leader that fouled up, putting the country at risk then yup, I would own up to it. But then, personally, I wouldn't do anything that would put the country at risk in the first place. :)
