    Having decided that some sort of foul play was involved, I would examine my parimeters and possible escape routes and slip out, just like James Bond.

    It would be frightening to be sure. I wonder what people with Alzheimer's go through as they move away from whom they used to be? Thank you for your reply bh and Happy Sunday! :)

    There was a local guy with Alzheimers who had an electric scooter. He was allowed to take it out on the grounds of the retirement center where he lived. He was noticed as 'missing' about 4a.m. the next morning. It was January and the temp was 14 degrees F. He had somehow ridden his scooter into a creek and landed in the water. He had been in the water some 8 hours. Amazingly, he survived!
