    Yes.  Before newspapers switched to soy-based ink, when you rolled newspapers the ink would stain your hands (and was easily transferred to anything you touched).  Lava soap took ink off like no one's business (this was before Gojo hand cleaners).  Having 2 kids who had large paper routes (for the time) meant we went through a lot of Lava soap.
