Ya mean like the time they closed the local newspaper printing plant where I and 40 others suddenly were unemployed? The place had been open since 1850. Who would ever think that could happen?
Precisely like that bh! Wow. Shocker! Condolences retroactively. I guess circulation was way down which meant ads were way down which meant less money was coming in. Our paper has gotten significantly thinner the last few year. It is now almost as small as a throwaway. The Sunday edition is thicker but otherwise? Puny. Many folks no longer subscribe. They get all their news from the boob tube or internet or tweety twit who twitter. Sad. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday! :)
