Here's fantasy scenario much too wild to ever believe. A cartoon character walks off the cartoon and into D.C. No way, right?

Not only that but the cartoon clown becomes the most powerful "it" in the world. People take it very seriously though in every way it remains the same cartoon clown. The unbelievable thing is not that it did it but that people believe it and treat it as human. Go figger! :(

    Ya but then Betty Boo walks off the cartoon and causes some Stormy weather for the cartoon in DC. Cheers!
