Trump is trying to make snide commentary about assassinating Hillary. He's couching it in 2nd Amendment rights and joking. Legal?

I don't know your legal system but I'm sure you have something along the lines of incitement to commit a crime on the books ...

He should get a call from the FBI, arrested, and interrogated. It is against the law to even joke about attacking a President or a Federal Judge. If anyone else would have said it, they would have been picked up by the FBI and put in jail. It's a crime.

Well that is what the opposers to what he said are saying.  The thing is with this sleezebag, oz, he is very cagey and always weasels out of his mischief.  Now, this one and the way he says it, is genius actually.  Because as much as I loathe the man, I can see no way they can make anything stick.   He basically insinuated this and can argue that it meant a totally different meaning.

He said that the 2nd Amendment people could maybe do something about her.  (words to that effect) when he was talking about Hillary taking their guns away if she puts in certain Superior Court Justices, basically. So, it is SO hazy, it cannot be proven that he tried to get someone to kill her.  

The Democrats look silly trying to make anything much of it.  They are not going to get far.  It is good it is in the media because many are disgusted with him.  That is always good to see. 

Well what he did prior to this was worse.  When he encouraged Russia to hack the emails? 

This was even more "vague" and he can argue that he never meant that.    It is hard to prove that he said anything more than that he was remarking how the 2nd Amendment people are going to protest about her choices for Supreme Court Justices.   The ones who are supposedly anti-gun.  

So, how can you do anything about it?  

You know he said it, I know what he meant too, but there is not a scintilla of evidence to prove that is what he meant.    It was very sneaky.

I don't believe he worded that properly. I don't like how it came out. He was talking about voters who support the 2nd amendment voting for Trump so Hillary cannot appoint antigun judges.
He should clarify it and apologize for saying it wrong. (I don't think he will apologize) He has attempted to clarify.
This is why politicians use speak writers and teleprompters, when they go without they get in trouble. Trump even more so because he does not have the benefit of having decades of political speech.

OK, m2c, maybe it's time for you to join the fast growing number of Republicans supporting Clinton. You just said it yourself - Trump obviously lacks the experience and skills to be president.
