Is GOD a proponent of reimcarnation? He gave us free will to CHOOSE right/wrong. What did he give the victims of those who do wrong?

Unless HE believes in reincarnation and the victims of these horrendous crimes did evil things in past lives and this is the only path to redemption for them. To experience what they perpetrated so they can become whole and pure and suitable to stop living lives endlessly and ascend to heaven and achieve Nirvana.  That would make sense. Otherwise GOD must have a cruel side.  He gives everyone free will but some are not able to exercise it. What free does a 5-year-old rape and torture victim have who dies at the hands of a pedophile? Stacked deck isn't it? Unless that child committed the same horrible act in a past life and this is his only way to atone for it. Whatcha think?

The God of the Bible is  not....

Heb 9:27 And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment

God does not inflict pain and suffering on anyone.  That is what we humans do to each other.

Isn't "reincarnation" still being spelled the old-fashioned way?
