Have there been any more natural disasters in a year so far less than half-way through anyway, on a pro-rata basis and given that at lest some such disasters occur very irregularly?
(You might calculate a certain event occurs "on average once in fifty years" - but it doesn't mean they are always 50 years apart, it only means roughly 10 have been recorded in 500 years of human history.)
And anyway, merely counting disasters without first classifying them doesn't mean anything because for example, not all volcanoes are associated with earthquakes, and neither have any connection with hurricanes and cyclones.
