Well first you'd want to make sure that you have a good teacher, you'd probably want someone that has experience in avoiding due process and ignoring / bypassing Congress, that would be a good start, you might want to see if Obama can show you the ropes once he's out of office.

Believe it or not, there are books on how to believe and act as if you are better than everyone else, that you are in an elite class of gifted individuals that were born to rule over the masses of common people.
