Too bad those who want to die and commit suicide can't switch places with those who are dying and fight hard to keep living. Isn't it?

I don't know what you are referring to, but I think you need to show some compassion for those who are in such dire straights they want to end their lives.

Not sure what you are alluding to here.

Or, as I suspect, this is the broader spectrum of people who support those who want to destroy the Earth and everything in it.

I asked a question this morning about Anthony Bourdain committing suicide yesterday or today and Kate Spade doing so last week. The question is logical Sharon. Why wouldn't it be nice if those who want to die enough to commit suicide could switch places with those who ARE dying and are fighting very hard to keep living? I have compassion for those who value life, celebrate life, and are grateful for it but who are dying anyway. Jim's  oldest son David is dying anyway. He wants to live. I was thinking of him and others like him who have fought hard and done everything they can to stay alive and it isn't enough. It is hard to feel compassion for those who don't value life at all. I know. Clinical depression is terrible. That is what caused Robin Williams to hang himself. But that was a CHOICE. It is cruel to have to die for those who want so much to live. Why is it cruel to have people who WANT TO DIE not be able to switch places with someone who WANTS TO LIVE? At least in their dying one good thing would have been accomplished. Saving a life. I see no problem with that at all. If you do rest assured that was not my attention. I always go for what is logical to me. If it offends people once again it is not my intention to offend. It is my intention to say what I think about things that make no sense at all. The question pertains to one of those things. Thank you for your reply. I am thinking some people might want to die yet fail at committing suicide.  Just like people who want to live can fail at doing so. For whatever reasons.  Perhaps they just don't know how to do what they want to do. But I would not sentence anyone to the choices that others decide to make.  Because their choices are their intentions which reflect and express them.  Others choose differently to express themselves.
