Assuming the person in that photo did all her own hair and make-up, I would describe her as highly creative. Whether she did her own or had help I would guess that she's adventurous, extroverted and fun-loving. She would be highly attractive to a person of similar tastes.
I know. But I was being careful. I believe most queens prefer to be referred to as she at least while in costume. For a year in my earliest sculpture-student days, I was a fag-hag. I used to help my friend Warwick get dressed up for a night on the town, and be there to give her tea and tissues when she came home disappointed at not having met The One.
