Ranked-choice voting. The new method being tested in Maine. Does it appeal to you?

Instead of voting for ONE person you rank all the candidates for each position in order of preference. So if 5 people are running for Senator or Governor you rank all of them starting with your first choice and ending with your 5th. It is innovative but is it better?
