Depending on the source of course the odds of North Korea beginning denuclearization by 2019 are 6/1. What odds do you give?

Also odds are that if there is another ballistic missile test by North Korea it will occur occur on July 4, 2018.  Which odds are more likely to happen? Denuclearization or another ballistic missile test?                        .

    No I don't give odds.  Perhaps because I have never had gambling on the brain.  They are into their own thing and they will do what they want.

  • It will never happen. China calls the shots in NK. As chief ally and benefactor of NK, (As well as protector), China will continue to manipulate Kim and the rocket man will continue to do what he damn well pleases to do.
