    £45 once.

    A few £10 wins.

    Then the Canadian teacher's union that owns the UK's "National Lottery" doubled the stake to £2 and vastly increased the odds for all wins by raising the selection from 6 from 49, to 6 from 50.

    I very rarely buy a Lottery ticket now.

    Just a few free tickets and $10 a few times. Were I am more lucky is the losers draw - you put your loosing  tickets in a box and they pull one out once a month I have won that 4X  they give you  things like rice cookers or toasters. I only buy one $2 ticket a week and the most you can win is a million bucks. But I think I got a good chance of winning because most people buy the mega millions tickets so my odds are better .
