Is a prosecutor in a habit of releasing evidence before an investigation has ended?

Lots of Pro-Trump people are stating that there is no evidence of collusion with Russia. They, therefore, are demanding the investigation to end immediately. How would they know what prosecutors have or don't have?

  • Of course not! They must hold their cards.

Prosecution is so costly that no one does it unless they think they have enough evidence.
