If you had a Voodoo Doll , who would you use it on?

I would pray then burn the blasted thing. 

Probably my ex wife.
I look after my child most of the time and she goes around telling people that she has full custody.
I don't know if I would want to hurt her with a voodoo doll, but every time she lies I'd love to be able to go to the bank and burn some of her money that she makes when she's not being a parent.

I need voodoo money.

The person who has the parking spot next to mine in our communal condo garage. 

maybe one of my neighbors that keeps bringing his girlfriend around and she makes a lot of noise in the middle of the night, so annoying
