And just how do "church people" do that? Because it suggests in Paul that women should cover their hair at services?
Certainly The Bible has empowered me as a woman. Is the secular world that sometimes suggests we are somehow less important. Because we are less physically strong and less outgoing so don't make as much money.
They don't. If you see a leader as more important than a mother, that's on you. It's YOU that has decided to give leadership more status in your mind. It is YOU that have regelated women by your contempt for feminine virtues.
Leadership is a masculine role. It's no better and no worse than all the other roles than makes the world go around. It properly belongs to men because millions of years of evolution have built us to lead. We're generally much much better at it, just like women are generally better at certain things.
