A likely excuse, Carbie. Now return my car to me, please. It's been three weeks already!

Maybe you should try to fill the tank now, Carbie, explosion or no explosion grrrrrrrrr. Even though the sun is going down, somehow there still plenty of light, so you'll be able to see fine. Get in there!

(If Carbie gets burned up in the fire that SHE set, I won't even miss her.)

No, but only because it was locked and my key didn't work.

I never actually got into one, but several times I tried to open the door of another car. One time the owner was right there pushing his grocery cart. How embarrassing.

Yes. I had just rented a blue car from Enterprise and took it to the gas station. It was some off brand. I went in and paid for the gas. I came out and got into a similar car. (same color)  I realized my error when I saw some sunglasses lying on the seat.

Nearly, once, but the driver with whom I was travelling spotted me in time. And teased me about it.

One morning a car pulled up at the bus-stop, and I was getting into the front passenger-seat when the driver's reaction told me, ah, he wasn't one of my work-mates offering me a lift, and the man behind me was the intended passenger. Oops!
