    We deport Mexicans without a trial. We should apply that policy to all you illegally cross the border regardless of country of origin. 
    If they enter through port of entry they will not be arrested.

    The 14th Amendment addresses rights of non-citizens as well:

    "Amendment XIV

    Section 1.

    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

    So, as you can see, non-citizens are entitled to due process and equal protection.

    Where exactly does it say noncitizens? Born and naturalized .....means citizens.  
    And subject to the jurisdiction thereof cannot mean noncitizens because the next phrase is "are citizens". 

    And if it did, why are we allowed to simply return Mexican and Canadian illegals without trial?

    I'm guessing you don't understand this part of the amendment:  nor shall any state deprive ANY person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to ANY person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."  Those are the words that relate to non-citizens.  The initial portion of the amendment defines and relates to citizens.  If the amendment did not mean to include non-citizens, the amendment would not have included the secondary language.  

    Frankly, I'm not sure we ARE allowed to just return Mexicans and Canadians without due process.  Are you?

    EXPEDITED REMOVALS

    Under current policies, immigrants who are detained within 100 miles of the border and who have been in the country less than 14 days can be deported immediately, without being processed through the immigration courts.
