Welllllllll in actual fact Americans, (and Brits too for that matter) are known for not accommodating those who cannot speak English, we are all pretty intolerant and I see this on a daily basis.. Or do you mean accommodating as in allowing them to live there? Well again, Strumpet's followers are pretty anti immigrants so again this would indicate otherwise..
I would hesitate to call regional accents and dialects bad English.
