    You can actually freeze the banana when it is peeled. Only the peeling turns brown. (I think.)

    Capsaicin ( the chemical that makes stuff hot) is known to increase endorphins...a feel good substance. I ingest it in some form each day. I am a spicy Element.

    I never would have know that about capsaicin---I always thought it was the beer I drank with the jalapenos that made me feel good.
